(RTTNews) – Tenon Medical, Inc. (TNON) announced on Thursday, August 6, 2026, that it will implement a 1-for-35 reverse stock split today effective at 12:01, Eastern Time, on August 10, 2026. The company confirmed that its shares will begin trading on a split-adjusted basis under the existing ticker symbol “TNON,” with a new CUSIP number assigned.
The reverse split, approved by shareholders at the annual meeting on July 23, is intended to raise the per-share trading price to meet Nasdaq’s minimum $1.00 average closing price requirement for continued listing on the Nasdaq Capital Market. No fractional shares will be issued, with positions rounded up to the nearest whole share. Vstock Transfer, LLC will serve as the exchange agent.
Tenon Medical, headquartered in Los Gatos, California, develops and markets sacroiliac joint fusion systems, including the Catamaran SI Joint Fusion System and SImmetry+ SI Joint Fusion System. The reverse split does not alter the company’s fundamentals but is a mechanical adjustment to maintain compliance with Nasdaq listing requirements.
