Single-family office GreenBear Group is shrinking its private equity-heavy illiquid holdings to optimise the portfolio and improve cost efficiency.
Established in 2006 as the single-family office for an entrepreneur who built wealth in the semiconductor industry, GreenBear has been exiting most of its private market commingled fund allocations and co-investments, while growing its exposure to liquid assets, chief investment officer Vishnu Amble told Private Equity International.
